Tom is the typical stupid bad kid back when he was in school who always gets in trouble whether it's big or small, but a lot of the time he gets away with it by using his charms and "good looks". He's got the cute-boy face that swoons female mostly, and he can talk his way out of the messes he's made. However, he's quite rude to others around him. He's arrogant and selfish most of the time because he knows he can always get what he wants, and throws a huge fits when he doesn't until he does. Really intolerable most of the time. He will even flirt to get what he wants no matter who with. He's very determined with his goals [not meaning life goals, just goals in general]. This can lead him to be very reckless since he doesn't care what kind of trouble is out there in the world. He may be really young, but he's quite thoughtful about his surroundings, especially because of his occupation. He won't always be as stupid as he acts.

History:

Tom's family consists of both his parents and his older brother. As a child he and his brother were very close. His brother was always happy to take him everywhere and show him all the things he's learned. Tom's brother would also be kind of a bad influence at times since he got in trouble the most, but it never made Tom think he was bad at all even if he saw his parents yell at him.  However, one day Tom's brother was arrested for a mistake. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. Tom was devastated when this happened. He felt like the law enforcements weren't doing anything right. He never had a problem with them until what happened to his brother. It made him hate them.

Once he started high school his personality changed a bit. He was still trying to be positive only for his brother. Reasons to why he's still attending school and trying to not get expelled, but he could care less. His parents are obviously upset about how he came out to be but they didn't want to blame him. His parents were not the strict type to begin with in general, but of course they don't allow any of the things their children have been getting into. It was just uncontrollable. Tom gained a few bad habits as he got older. He was able to easily lift things from stores. It started out small with things like food from liquor stores which he and his friends. Whenever he got caught he was able to use his charms [on women] and act like a child to get away with it or off with a warning. It wouldn't work all the time so he'd just make a run for it at that point.
